Mathar Location on CTAN: /biblio/bibtex/utils/r2bib Summary description: updated r2bib to work with EndNote License type: pd Announcement text given by the package's contributor: - - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is an upgrade for the existing r2bib C coding which converts 'refer' bibliographies to BibTeX. The upgrade handles EndNote (its more versatile tags) differently and includes a filter for 8-bit Windows -> LaTeX characters.
