License type: pd Announcement text given by the package's contributor: - - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is just an interactive script that I use in my Latex work to generate Bibtex files. I do not like typing all the unnecessary details nor do I like copying and then modifying entries. So I wrote this small script to help you type only what you need in your (customized) bibliographies and generate a file which contains all the extra info. I just wanted to share it. Who knows, some might find it useful. Note that its not a bibtex file parser! I'll be happy to make improvments if someone (besides me) ever gets around to using it. Plain TeX macro: figflow -- flow text around a figure

recently, in response to a post on comp.text.tex, Ian Hutchinson posted a short piece of code to do this job. the abstract i've written for the catalogue says Provides a Plain TeX macro figflow that allows one to insert a figure into an area inset into a paragraph. Command arguments are width and height of the figure, and the figure (and its caption) itself. (Does not work with LaTeX.) i asked (and was given) permission to put the file on ctan, and have installed it on ctan in directory macros/plain/contrib/figflow Robin Fairbairns For the CTAN team

CTAN package update: framed.sty

I have installed a corrected version of the package framed.sty at tug.ctan.org and it will make its way through the mirroring system in the next day or two. This fixes the mistaken installation that I did yesterday, where the file had 0 bytes. Thank you to the people who wrote with a heads-up about the error.
