These additions related to randomness are marked as work-in-progress. They require an engine providing the (pdf)uniformdeviate primitive.

- XINTKERNEL: xintUniformDeviate.

- XINT: xintRandomDigits, xintXRandomDigits, xintiiRandRange, xintiiRandRangeAtoB.

- XINTFRAC: support macros (not public, mainly because internal format for floats is surely not final) for random() and qrand().

- XINTEXPR: random(), qrand(), and randrange(A[, B]). ----------------------------------------------------------------------
