When compiling with LuaTeX, mathfont now adapts text fonts for math mode by: -adding MathConstants table -adding large variants -stretching bounding boxes on Latin letters in math mode

Other changes: -package now includes its own font loader using the nfss -direct interaction with the nfss -attempt to load fonts in base mode (in LuaTeX) to make otf features accessible in math mode
