Apart from various bugfixes, the package now provides somewhat more extensive support for public international material, in particular United Nations documents. The documentation has been renamed so that it works more efficiently with texdoc.

The documentation file (which used to be called oscola-documentation.pdf) has been renamed, and I have included the full tex source. I think I have included in the zip archive ALL the files that need to be in the directory.
