This is reasonably mature version. It adds:

* compatibility with the KOMA-script classes

* compatibility with the memoir class

* many changes in command names (in particular localtableofcontents replaces ableofcontents*): legacy documents from a decade ago (in days... ;-) ) will not compile anymore.

Also, some bugs were fixed.
