package.

* jclasses: 	oday defaults to 西暦 (e.g. 2018) instead of 和暦 (e.g. 平成30).
* Series 'b' behaves similar to 'bx' for Japanese fonts.
* Add a new command `¥fixcompositeaccent` for bug fix of composite accent commands.
  The command `¥nofixcompositeaccent` disables the fix.
