- Change \symbf to use italic for lowercase greek for compatibility with unicode-math.

- Add \symbfup, \symsfup, \symbfsfup.

- Rename \symsfbfit, \symcalbf, and \symfrakbf to \symbfsfit, \symbfcal, and \symbffrak for consistency with unicode-math.

- Resolve error if amsmath gets loaded after lua-unicode-math.
