Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The caption package provides many ways to customise the captions in floating environments like figure and table and cooperates with many other packages.

This is a bugfix release of the caption package 3.0:

- piccaption from the picins package now produces a non-empty entry in the list of figures - Bugfix in ProcessOptionsWithKV: Only those global options which have a default value will be processed now - Bugfix in captionabove+below: Will not be overwritten by captionsetup[...]{position=...} anymore
