      The Oberdiek Package Support Group submitted an update to the
pdftexcmds
package.

Summary description:  LuaTeX support for pdfTeX utility functions

Changes:
* avoid that pdfelapsedtime and pdfresettimer are set to
   cs{relax} when using xelatex (issue 5).
* load ltluatex when using plain so that the catcode tables
   are available
