Changes since the last version:

- module theorem: added configuration for plural forms of the environments (such as examples, facts) - module theorem: added support for environments commentary and motivation - module titlepage: the old minimalist style is improved and made default; the old default style has been renamed into fancy

Note that, though the plural forms of theorem-like environments are (finally!) provided, they do not interact well with their singular forms during clever referencing, that means manual intervention is still needed in some cases. This wouldn't cause much trouble though: when referencing a plural form environment, one is usually referring to some specific items inside it, thus it is not common to mix this reference with other ones.
