Announcement text given by the package's contributor:
Induni-om contains a set of Unicode-compliant virtual fonts for use with Omega, the 16-bit Unicode-aware development from TeX. The fonts referenced are the standard URW++ lookalikes for Times, Palatino, New Century Schoolbook, Helvetica and Courier, which are included with all major TeX distributions. The emphasis in these virtual fonts is to provide all the accented Roman characters used in the study of Sanskrit and similar languages.
