 This package introduces mathematical equation representation

 - Adjusted the position of sqrt, 
otparallel and similar.
 - Add eand*, eor*, simul*, vvec, vvec*, vinp, 	sum, expectation,
   variance, deviation, 
omination*, equation**, align** and gather**
   (** environments are tagged only the last line).
