This is a rewrite of the TQFT package to use the TikZ3.0 'pic' facility to draw these diagrams instead of using nodes.

It also adds the ability for the surfaces to have genus, and extends the ability to style different parts.

(The original code is included for use with versions of TikZ pre-3.0)
