* ltjsclasses: sync with jsclasses 2018-06-23 (added jsTocLine)

* fix that aise, lower, vcenter, ... did not work to boxes whose direction is different from that of the surroundings. (Example: aise10pthbox{ ate ...})

* ltjsclasses: fix an error caused by | documentclass{ltjsarticle} | usepackage{unicode-math} | % no setmathfont | egin{document}
