### Fixed

- False negative PDF detection for uncompressed (QDF) PDFs. The previous fix for the `%PDF` false positive used `is_text_content()` as the discriminator, but uncompressed PDFs are mostly ASCII and passed the threshold. Corrected to check whether the file actually starts with `%PDF`, which is the true distinction.
