setbuilder 0.2

Following a recommendation in the TeXbook, a thin space is now set inside the braces of set-builder notation. It is added only where the body contains a separator, so enumerations such as \set{1,2,3} are left as they were. The amount is set with the new pad key, and pad=none restores the previous appearance.

This changes the appearance of existing documents that use \set together with \given or \suchthat.
