Changes in autoinst:

- use only standard NFSS codes for width and weight in fd files

- create $TEXMFHOME when it doesn't exist (but only if $TEXMFLOCAL isn't user-writable, since that's still the default output tree)

- in manual mode, put all generated files into a subdir autoinst_output/, instead of all over the current dir

- add 'auto' value to the -inferiors option; autoinst will use whatever inferior characters the font contains
