Last version of xassoccnt -- the package will fall into the land of the unmaintained packages from now one.

Changed the macros IfPackageLoadedTF etc. to CheckIfPackageLoadedTF etc.

As stated above, I will drop maintainance with this release -- feel free and happy to take over, improve it, as long as the original author is named in the package.
