Uploader's additional comments:
Similar packages are in ../latex/contrib and most users will be LaTex users. But expex.tex is Plain Tex. There is a simple LaTex wrapper for LaTex users. So I am unclear what directory ExPex should be placed in.
thanks for the upload; i've installed the new version, and updated the catalogue repository.
Users may view the package catalogue entry at http://www.ctan.org/pkg/expex or they may browse the package directory at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/plain/contrib/expex/
