- added support for Plain TeX
- new extension: detect_engine. It can detect the used format and engine from TeXShop style magic comments, like:
%!TEX TS-program = lualatex
- detect if the input TeX file exists
Bug fixes:
- fixed handling of MathML <mi> elements
- fixed names of .ind files when multiple .idx files are processed by the index handling commands
- fixed table handling filters
