There's a problem with the package as uploaded: the .pdf files don't work. I found the problem early and mailed the author in the hope that something could be done quickly.
I've now removed the two pdf files from the archive; this has the sole merit that other people won't struggle with them trying to make them readable.
I'll continue trying to retrieve the situation, but I'm not sanguine.
