Last night I have prepared changebar release 3.5 for transfer to CTAN. This release has had a couple of long standing problems fixed by Piet van Oostrum. The major featres are: * The changebar can now be used in conjunction with pdfLaTeX * The changebar package works with both the color and xcolor pacakages * The problems with bars appearing in unexpected places have been resolved * A couple of sample files with their pdf output have been added to the distribution. The files were contributed by Piet van Oostrum.
