The vertical rules specified by | in the preamble of an environment are now never broken. New environment {NiceTabular*} similar to {tabular*}. New command |Vdotsfor| (similar to |Hdotsfor|). Commands similar to those of colortbl to color cells, row and columns (with compatibility with cline, booktabs, etc. and with no artefacts in the PDF viewers). Public token list 'g_nicematrix_code_after_tl' available to the developper.
