Bug fix for the combnat package in the combine class bundle, thanks to Nicola Talbot.

This update advances all version numbers of derived files of combine.dtx to v0.7 to decrease the chance that I'll make a book-keeping mistake with five different version numbers (and dates) in the same source file. (Not that I think anyone will be worried by this happening one way or the other.)
