arabluatex v1.18:---

- many rules have been improved;

- fixed wrong alignment of arb{} at the very beginning of paragraphs;

- improved utf8 exporting of running paragraphs;

- better handling of nested arb{} commands;

- new commands and lua functions for processing Arabic indices (yet undocumented).
