It's a StuffIt archive and needs to be transferred in binary mode (it's NOT a MacBinary file).

The oztex5.sit file replaces ALL the existing files in CTAN/tex-archive/systems/mac/oztex/

OzTeX is shareware but I don't place any restrictions on its distribution so you can put it in the free tree if you like. Whatever you decide is fine by me.

i've installed the file in nonfree/systems/mac/oztex on the cambridge ctan -- it'll propagate to the rest in due course.
