Quite a big update. Apart from a few internal optimizations, it greatly improves the stripsemantex algorithm, so that all SemanTeX markup, including the one containing SemantexDelimiterSize, can now be completely stripped. Consequently, the key allowSemantexDelimiterSize has been removed since it no longer serves any purpose. The semtex package is therefore almost unnecessary, and I might decide to remove it completely later. (The algorithm itself has also been changed a bit, so that it requires more iterations, but it's worth it because of the previous improvement.) The recommendations regarding set constructions and Laurent series have been updated.
