Announcement text:
CyrTUG Cyrillic alphabet fonts (LH) with support of LaTeX standard encodings. The LH fonts address the problem of the wide variety of alphabets that are written with Cyrillic-style characters. The fonts are the original basis of the set of T2* and X2 encodings that are now used when LaTeX users need to write in Cyrillic languages.
LH offers the latex/lhfonts bundle of packages for standard LaTeX Cyrillic and traditional encodings.
The fonts are available in Adobe Type 1 format, in the CM- Super family of fonts.
See also cyrillic t2 ccfonts cmbright concrete ecc.
The authors are Andrey Khodulev, Olga Lapko, Alexander Berdnikov and Vladimir Volovich.
Changes:
Bug fixes in ff-ligatures in T2* typewriter fonts -- that changes metrics of the monospaced fonts
Bug fix with ligature of letter TSE -- that changes metrics of all fonts in OT2 encoding.
I hope that these fixes are the last which change metrics.
I'm very sorry for my mistakes.
