Mathmode.pdf is a documentation of the math mode of standard LaTeX and the amsmath package. It also shows some examples of the most popular math related packages.

i have installed the file (after discussion with herbert) in info/math/voss/Voss-Mathmode.pdf

i've been acquainted with this file for some time; it is an excellent resource. i'm pleased to have it on ctan -- thanks for the upload.
