Announcement text given by the package's contributor: - - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is an upgrade for the existing r2bib C coding which converts 'refer' bibliographies to BibTeX. The upgrade handles EndNote (its more versatile tags) differently and includes a filter for 8-bit Windows -> LaTeX characters. The original filter r2bib.c has just be left as with the 1990 version. - - ----------------------------------------------------------------------
