Changes since the last version:

- Added new options for list indentation

- Added new options for printing the body of certain theorem-type environments in italic shape

- The READMEs for einfart and simplivre has been updated to include some instructions on font installation and configuration

2023-09-27:

It turns out that the file minimalist-default.sty has been missing for more than two months. This has been corrected and the file is now properly included in this package. Thank you, Chunyu Yang, for reporting this issue!
