Next to documentation restructures and a few internal changes this release contains:

Added: - etl_act_apply_to_rest:n allows to grab the remainder of the input token list as a single argument.

Changed: - etl_token_replace_once:nNn and etl_replace_once:nnn shortcut after they did the replacement, as a result braces after the replacement will no longer be normalised. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
