A small update to the LaTeX tugboat package, now v2.27 2022-05-19.

User-visible or otherwise noteworthy changes:

- bsurlfootnote, bhurlfootnote: typeset urls in ragged-right footnotes of their own.

- ubsentencespace: force a sentence-ending space, e.g., after a post-sentence cite.

- ubjustifiedpar: undo ragged-right or other, restoring normal paragraph settings.

- eTeX: use oldsymbol if available.
