Update (v1.29) of the TeXshade nucleotide and protein alignment macro package. This version adds a new shading mode for displaying single sequences, and a re-work of the bar graphs and color scales feature. Now, stacked bars can be displayed, e.g. from calculations of local frustration data derived from 3D protein structures.
