This release adds per-entry icons and customizable comment leaders, improves pagination and layout compatibility, and simplifies the package internals.

- Add icon={...} to all six entry commands, with icon access through \DirtreexGetField{idx}{i}.

- Add dotfill color and dotfill command for colored dots, rules and custom comment leaders.

- Improve page-start, continuation and standard two-column splitting, including float reservations, multiline rows and paragraph-spacing compatibility.

- Correct closing-fragment fitting, empty trailing fragments and repeated deferral handling.

- Fix inline TikZ style lists, preserve user node names and avoid duplicate boundary strokes.

Existing entry-command signatures and the name/type field accessors remain compatible.
