pst-barcode is a new package which allows printing of barcodes. Possible barcodes are: isbn; ean13; ean8; ean5; ean2; upca; upce; code128; code93; code39; code11; interleaved2of5; code2of5; rationalizedCodabar; postnet; royalmail; msi; plessey.
As part of the PSTricks bundle, it requires the main pstricks package. pst-barcode uses PostScript for calculating the bars. For a PDF output use ps2pdf.
the package was installed this morning, so will already be available from the other ctan sites, and many mirrors.
thanks for the upload.

and forgot to add:
you can view the new package at
http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks/contrib/pst-barcode/
and download the entire package as
http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks/contrib/pst-barcode.zip
... thanks to Jürgen Fenn for pointing out my omission.
