Main changes since v1.6:
 - Don't consider % as comment within url{} commands.
 - Fix tests (mostly internal)
 - Provide a warning when users try to run the tool on non-tex files
 - Accept includegraphics and lstinputlisting without []-options.
 - New --define option
 - Deal with endinput
