Changes:
* ltj-latex.sty: simplified code for patching
Bugfix:
* lltjp-unicode-math.sty: lfloor etc. was typeset in Japanese fonts.
* lltjp-listings.sty: a line comment which ends a JAchar causes an error when lstset{texcl=true}.
* priority key in a JFM file might be out of range, if the JFM shares a table among multiple charater classes.
New features:
* luatexja-adjust.sty: experimental support for - profiling lines (profile key of ltjenableadjust) - increase line distance by a multiple of 0.5aselineskip (linestep key of ltjenableadjust) See Subsection 11.3 in Japanese version of the manual.
* luatexja-preset.sty: added jis90 and 2004jis options (in addition to 90jis and jis2004 options).
