These are the files described in our TUGboat paper at TUG India. With them you can typeset Devanagari texts with omega. More info in Low-level Devanagari Support for Omega--Adapting devnag, TUGboat, Volume 23 (2002), No. 3--Proceedings of the 2002 Annual Meeting, pp. 49--55.
i've installed the files as requested (at cambridge). they'll take some time to get to the other two ctan nodes, but will probably be at every ctan mirror within a small number of days.
