PACKAGE NAME CHANGED ====================

After publishing banglatex, a developer requested me to change its name since he had developed a package (albeit a quite different one from mine) 3 years ago by the same name.

I had no way of knowing about his package as he did not upload it to CTAN. Nonetheless, I have decided to change the name of my package from 'banglatex' to 'latexbangla'.

This update adds no other feature.
