Update to the graphics-def collection of files implementing options for color and graphics packages.

Make natwidth and natheight keys give errors in pdftex and luatex (where they have never done anything useful, the system always uses the actual image dimensions as the size to use before scaling is applied)

Several updates to the dvisvgm.def file (pull requests supplied by Alexander Grahn)
