This new release of the 'knuth-pdf' package

* Adds main parts mp and mpost of MetaPost * Fixes cosmetics for HiTeX (committed upstream), pdfTeX, MetaPost, Weave, and Twill * Uses PDF /PageLabels to match page numbers in bookmarks with ToC * Adds an Editor's Note and the list of changed sections on or near the ToC

[This version is identical with version 2.3, save for the correct README.md.]
