package.

This release contains mostly bugfixes but also some grand internal restructuring of the package. However, the latter should not be visible to the end user. If you encounter breakages please raise an issue on GitHub.
- Patch for multiple inheritance
- Add color settings, thanks Maarten van Dessel
- Add support for static classes analogue to abstract classes
- Changed from above/below to auto in association et al. Added possibility of optional argument
- Move anchor=north before this umlcd style
- Start rewrite as a TikZ library
