Please copy them to /macros/latex/contrib/supported/pdfcprot/. The additional files 00README and 00CONTEN should be deleted. The license is still LPPL 1.2 or newer.

The most important news in this version (1.5) is a fix for a bug which prevented the usage together with the new KOMA-Script version (2.9).
