Overview:
bmeps is a library and command line tool to convert
PNG/JPEG/NetPBM to EPS levels 1, 2 and 3 supporting
flate compression, run-length compression and ASCII85
encoding.
Update contents:
The Win32 binary shipped in the 1.0.6 package used DLLs
to read images. Some users asked for a Win32 static binary
to avoid problems coming from different DLL versions used
by bmeps and the LaTeX distribution.
The WIN32BINstatic directory contains the static binary,
the old binary (using DLLs) is in WIN32BINdynamic.

Thanks for the update, I installed the new version as
support/bmeps
