according to the requirements specified in ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2, Rules for the structure and drafting of International Standards, Fourth edition, 2001. Configuration files for TeX4ht are also provided.

From the iso10303/README
The step packages are for typesetting the ISO 10303 International
Standard. The iso class is required for the use of these packages. Configuration files for TeX4ht are also provided.
