This 2.4.0 update contains many changes, quite a few new commands, and updated documentation. Hopefully it will be a stable baseline for future improvements.

I sincerely apologize to any mandi users whose work may be broken by the changes introduced in this version. I strongly suggest updating everything to work with 2.4.0.
