Contra Card version 2.0.0 has been released. This is a major version release with breaking changes.

The package must now be built by running pdflatex or xelatex against the provided `ins' file (previously this was included in the `dtx' file).

Instructions for updating documents that use the 1.x version of the package can be found in the provided appendices at the end of the documentation.
