This release adds:
- new hooks: Xnolinenumber and Xendnolinenumber, which disable only line number printing, but keep stanza/pstart numbers + annotation.
- new hooks: Xnolinenumberifannotation and Xendnolinenumberifannotation, which do the same, but only when there is no annotation linked to the line number.
- new setting: linenumannotationothersidetrue, to print the annotation on the margin side opposite to the line number.
